Sounds good! I should have mentioned: generally, you don't want to use fresh chillis. If you do, add them with the second batch of ingredients, mushrooms and peppers. If you add them at the beginning, they'll probably burn and leave things tasting of burnt chilli. But this is much too late to tell you, anyway.

It's also too late to tell you to say hi to Aysha for me, but there you go.
