Funniest Journalistic Statement of the Week
Horror movies have crossed the Pacific, as has anime. Could manga be next?

From here, a real gem of an article which also gives us "Comic Book Legal Defense Fund? Huh?"

As an aside since I've already made too many separate updates today - it sucks to be a voter in America, right? Seriously, you can tell me. I'll understand. I mean, you get to choose between the very right-wing party, and the very very right-wing party. Awesome choice.

Sorry about the recent American-politics-centric posts. I've been reading American news outlets and political sources recently, and shuddering occasionally.

I really dislike both parties and a good part of their.. agendas? beliefs? heh. Some parties share more of my views than others, but hasn't kept me from horror at the sheer number of idiots/fanatics involved. meh.

Yeah and if you don't vote for those and go to the ones that actually say something different then all the people in the right wing party get mad at you for giving the right right wing party more power, because voting for what you believe in rather than voting for whatever dipshit is picked by your party, apparently then you're a traitor.

Hey! I can understand American politics! I'm all for American-politics-centric-posts! It's the British politics I don't get and have to do research on and yadda yadda. :P

Yeah, I hear that the Queen fired President Green because he refused to dissolve Parliament. I think that's outrageous, don't you?

He only refused because she didnt invite him over for tea with the vicar he fancies. I don't think it's so outrageous, she can't expect people to do her favours, and not do do favours fo them in return.

I'm a registered voter! But I forgot to vote in the last Presidential election because I was playing Playstation.

Not THAT way.
